Privacy Policy
Last updated October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Grasp Co., a Delaware corporation doing business as Myelin ("Myelin," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit usemyelin.com (the "Site") or join our waitlist. It covers the Site only. If you later use the Myelin product, a separate agreement and privacy notice will govern that use.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist we collect your first and last name, work email address, company or organization, the team or role you select, and, if you choose to answer it, the workflow you would hand off first. We also record when you submitted the form and the address of the page you submitted it from, including any campaign parameters in the link you followed. If you email us, we receive your message and contact details.
Information collected automatically. When you load the Site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, the page requested, and the time of the request. When you submit the waitlist form, Google receives similar data (see "How we share information"). We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are viewed. It runs a small script in your browser that reports the page you loaded, the page that sent you there, your browser type, and how fast the page loaded. It does not use cookies, build profiles, or track you across other websites. You can block it with a content blocker and the Site will still work.
Cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to help tell people from bots.
How we use information
- To manage the waitlist, send you a confirmation when you join, contact you about early access, onboarding, and product updates, and respond to your questions.
- To understand which teams and organizations are interested in Myelin, and to learn from feedback you send us, so we can plan our product and launch.
- To operate, secure, and maintain the Site, including preventing spam and abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Legal bases (EEA and UK). If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we use your information based on our legitimate interests: running the waitlist you asked to join, contacting you about Myelin, planning our launch, and operating and securing the Site. You can object at any time (see "Your choices and rights" below). When the law requires us to keep or disclose information, we do so to meet that legal duty. If we ever want to use your information in a way that needs your consent, we will ask first.
You do not have to give us the information on the waitlist form, but we need it to add you to the waitlist. The workflow question is optional. We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, under terms that limit their use of it:
- Google (Google Workspace, including Apps Script, Sheets, and Gmail), which receives and stores waitlist submissions and handles our email. The waitlist form sends your details straight from your browser to Google, so Google also receives your IP address and browser information.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the Site, provides security and content delivery, and provides cookieless, aggregate visit analytics.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights, safety, or property of Myelin or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case the information would remain subject to this policy.
Do Not Track
We do not track you across other websites, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking tools on the Site. We do not allow other companies to use the Site to collect information about your activity across websites over time. Because of this, the Site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.
How long we keep information
We keep waitlist information, including any answer to the workflow question, until 12 months after Myelin launches and no longer than 24 months after you join, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete it sooner. When we delete it, we also delete the copies in our signup notification emails. If you ask us to stop emailing you, we may keep your email address on a do-not-contact list so we can honor that request. Server logs held by our providers are kept for limited periods under their own retention practices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing info@usemyelin.com. Every marketing email we send will include a way to opt out. Depending on where you live, including California, the EEA, the UK, and other places with privacy laws, you may have more rights, such as the right to data portability, to restrict certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Your right to object. You can object at any time to our use of your information based on our legitimate interests. You can also tell us at any time to stop sending you marketing emails, and we will stop.
Complaints. If you have a concern about how we handle your information, please email us first so we can try to fix it. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, such as the one in the EEA country where you live or work, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK.
International transfers
We are based in the United States. When you visit the Site or join the waitlist, your information goes to us and to our service providers in the United States, and our providers may also process it in other countries where they operate. US privacy law may not protect your information in the same way as the law where you live. Google and Cloudflare say they protect these transfers with approved safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (including its UK Extension) and standard contractual clauses. To ask about these safeguards, email us.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 to join the waitlist, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. We will not use information we already have in a materially different way than this policy describes without asking for your consent.
Contact
Grasp Co. (doing business as Myelin) is responsible for your information under this policy. Under EU and UK law, it is the "controller." Questions or requests about this policy: info@usemyelin.com.
