Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of usemyelin.com (the "Site"), operated by Grasp Co., a Delaware corporation doing business as Myelin ("Myelin," "we," "us"). By using the Site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Use of the Myelin product itself, once available, will be governed by a separate agreement.

Who can use the Site

The Site and the waitlist are for professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist. By joining, you confirm that you are doing so for your work, not for personal or household purposes.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Myelin, a particular launch date, or any specific features or pricing. We may invite people from the waitlist in any order and may change or end the waitlist at any time. You agree to give accurate information, including a work email you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you submit.

Content on the Site

The Site describes a product that is still in development, so its features and timing may change. The Site also includes illustrative examples, such as sample digests, drug relationship graphs, and references to companies, products, and clinical programs. These examples are for demonstration only. They may be simplified, incomplete, or out of date, and they are not medical, investment, legal, or other professional advice. Do not rely on them to make decisions. Nothing on the Site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or to use any treatment. Company and product names belong to their respective owners, and their appearance on the Site does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or automated waitlist entries, scraping it in a way that burdens our systems, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Myelin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or other feedback, including in replies to our emails, you agree we may use them for any purpose without payment or other obligation to you. Except for personal information, which our Privacy Policy covers, we do not treat feedback as confidential. Please do not send us confidential information, including your employer's.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The Site, its content, and the waitlist are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myelin and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to the Site, its content, or the waitlist. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Site, its content, or the waitlist is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100). These limits apply to all types of claims, including contract and negligence claims. They do not limit liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version here and updating the date above. If a change is material, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, for example by emailing people on the waitlist. Changes apply going forward and do not affect disputes that arose before the change. Continuing to use the Site or staying on the waitlist after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree, you can ask us to remove you from the waitlist.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms, the Site, or the waitlist will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Either of us may still ask any court with jurisdiction for an injunction to stop misuse of the Site or of intellectual property.

General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and the waitlist. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, that part will be enforced to the extent possible and the rest will stay in effect. If we do not enforce a part of these Terms, that is not a waiver. We may remove you from the waitlist or block your access to the Site if you break these Terms. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, for example as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may send you notices about these Terms by email.
